A tradition of semolina and almond goodness

Auntie Pat's Sugee Cake is entirely homemade and handmade, with all-natural ingredients and no preservatives. From soaking, skinning raw whole almonds, drying and chopping to infusing the batter with aged cognac, every step is painstakingly made from scratch and with love.

Custom cakes aren't ordered through the basket — we agree the design and price first, then send you a PayNow link.

Switching an item off keeps it on the menu for customers to see, marked Unavailable and impossible to add to a basket — right for seasonal items like the tarts and Curry Debal. Where the real one differs

This is a working prototype — changes live in your browser and reset on reload. Deployed, each field saves to your own database, and:

→New orders reach you by email — and Telegram or WhatsApp if you switch them on — the moment they're placed.
→PayNow transfers arrive straight in your bank. You confirm each one here, which sends the customer their receipt.
→Customer updates actually send, from this same panel.
→Custom enquiries land here as a list, not in your inbox.
→Pickup customers are sent your unit number automatically on confirmation — nobody else ever sees it.
→The Instagram grid and Google reviews pull live from your accounts instead of the fixed set shown now.
